CHILDHOOD IS A JOURNEY … NOT A RACE .

"Welcome to Manasquan Elementary School, a learning community dedicated to ensuring that all students have an exceptional educational foundation. Each child’s journey at MES is filled with opportunities to be challenged by teachers who believe in them and enhance their desire to learn. By providing opportunities for students to obtain the skills necessary to reach high levels of academic achievement, become responsible and productive citizens, reach their potential, and embrace lifelong learning in a safe and nurturing environment, we are dedicated to charting a course of success for today and tomorrow’s children."

  • Elephants GRADE 8 STEM CLASS PROJECT

Our 8th Grade STEM Class, under the supervision of Mrs. Andrea Trischitta (during their language arts class), conducted an awareness project that included teaching students across the grade levels that each and every one of us can make a difference.  They chose to educate others about the serious problem of elephant poaching and discovered the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.  After reasearching the issue, the students campaigned and raised over $1400 for the cause!  Eighth Grade students prepared presentations and visited primary grade classrooms, sharing age-appropriate lessons.  School-wide, as a result of the efforts of the STEM Class, 28 rescued elephants were adoped by our school.  CONGRATULATIONS to the 8th Grade STEM Class for an outstanding job!
