    • A School Nurse and a Security Officer will be in the building every day during the program.
    • Two questionnaires are linked below:
    • Your child will enter at the door in front of the elementary school by the flagpole (you will see a white tent). While waiting to enter, students are to remain 6’ apart.  Your child’s temperature will be taken before entrance and recorded on the Daily Questionnaire.  To avoid any issues, it is recommended that you check your child’s temperature prior to coming to school.  If a student has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, our nurse will be re-evaluating your child and will contact you.
    • Students and teachers MUST wear a mask during the entire time in the building AND outside while in line at the front entrance.
    • Once your child enters the building, they will be asked to use hand sanitizer before walking to their classroom. Please know that Hand Sanitizer dispensers are also installed in each classroom.
    • While walking in the hallway, decals are on the floor to remind students where to walk in order to remain 6’ apart from one another.
    • If your child presents symptoms of illness during their instructional time, they will be referred to our School Nurse for evaluation and you will be contacted.
    • Your child is asked to bring with them general supplies in a labeled case/bag/container – pencils, pens  (small crayon set for Grades 1-5).
    • Your child may bring, if desired, a water bottle that must remain on his/her desk. No food/snacks are allowed.
    • Classrooms will be deep cleaned after each dismissal. Bathrooms are disinfected hourly, in addition to deep cleaning every morning.

The classrooms assigned for the programs are listed below.  Please review with your child their room number.  School personnel will be available to assist your child in finding their classroom:
