Step 1: Pick one of your favorite TV shows that you watch daily!
Step 2: During the first commercial break, see how many Push-Ups you can do before the show returns back on.
Step 3: During the second commercial break, see how many Sit-Ups you can do before the show returns back on.
Step 4: Repeat this process (alternating between push-ups and sit-ups) throughout the length of the ENTIRE TV show!
Step 5: Keep track of your numbers! Focus on trying to increase your repetitions each time your TV show is on!
