How to Become an Academy Member

Students can apply to be in the Visual and Performing Arts Academy as early as Freshman year! We encourage all interested students to apply.

• To be recognized and graduate as a Visual and Performing Arts Academy member, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Complete and submit the Visual and Performing Arts application below
  • Earn a minimum of 15 credits in any visual and/or performing arts class by graduation

• To earn distinction in an arts discipline
  • Complete and submit the Visual and Performing Arts application below
  • Earn a minimum of 20 credits in that specific discipline (Dance, Vocal Music, Instrumental Music or Visual Arts)
  • Students must achieve an average grade of an A or B in that specific discipline.
