Visual Arts

The Visual Arts pathway focuses on learning about the Elements and Principles of Design through exploring mediums such as ceramics, drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, design, crafts and photography. Students will take introductory classes to help them choose their pathway based on their preferred artmaking technique. Students should strive to finish out the academy program with the AP Studio Art class in which students will create an original portfolio so be submitted to the College Board with the opportunity to earn college credit.
