• IMPORTANT DATES TO KEEP IN MIND
  • Free Sports Physicals @ MHS: June 24 & 25, 2024 
  • Physicals/Sports Apps Due: July 19, 2024
  • Summer Practice Start Date: July 9, 2024
    • Tuesdays 7-8am
    • Wednesdays 4-5:30pm
  • Tryout Start Date: August 19, 2024 @ 7am
    • All players MUST attend all tryout sessions to be considered for the Manasquan Girls Soccer Program (varsity, JV and freshman teams)
  • First Scrimmage: August 27, 2024 vs. Mahwah
  • First Game: September 7, 2024 @ Wall

  • Physical paperwork is due back to the school nurse by July 19th!  
  • Since our nurse has limited summer hours, you need to get your physical packet in ASAP! 
  • There are no excuses for not being cleared for the season!
    • There are FREE PHYSICALS being offered at MHS on June 24th and 25th!  Please take advantage of this opportunity to be cleared for ALL 3 SEASONS!

• IMPACT TEST- All incoming freshman and transfers must complete this.  You only have to complete this once in your athletic career at MHS.

• Our Season officially begins August 19th!!
  
  • There will be a MANDATORY Parent/Player meeting on TBD (time TBD). Important information and expectations for the season will be discussed.
  • Tryouts will begin August 19th @ 7am at the Sea Girt Army Camp.  
  • Please come prepared to tryouts with proper soccer attire, socks/shinguards, cleats AND sneakers!! (If you require an inhaler, you must also bring this with you!)
  • Make sure you are properly hydrated for tryouts and bring PLENTY of water with you!!  Here's a handout explaining PROPER HYDRATION!
