    Who is eligible for a Monmouth County Library Card?
    Library cards are free to anyone living or owning property in one of our Member Communities; those that pay the county library tax. This currently includes the MHS sending districts: BrielleManasquan, Lake ComoSea Girt and Spring Lake Heights. Paid membership is available for a $100 annual fee for those residing in Non-Member Communities. This currently includes the MHS sending districts: AvonBelmar and Spring Lake
    A reciprocal borrowing agreement also allows residents of Monmouth County Member Communities to receive an Ocean County Library card. Ocean County residents with an Ocean County library card are eligible to receive a Monmouth County Library card.
    What are the benefits of a Monmouth County Library Card?
    With your library card you can borrow books, videos, DVDs, CDs, large print books, audiocassettes, circulating magazines, and more! You can also use library computers for Internet access. Cardholders can use most of the library's online electronic resources 24/7 from any location where they have an Internet connection. This includes the Library on the Go eBook collection - downloadable to Kindles, iPhones, and Android mobile devices.
