What is Warrior Band?

The Warrior Band has received much acclaim for their level of performance at concerts, football games, parades, and various special events. It is open to all instrumentalists and is a year long commitment. Members must enroll in band class for both the fall and spring semesters. The band performs in and out of state and has gone on trips to Washington D.C., Disney World, Universal Studios, Williamsburg, VA and Yankee Stadium. Members of the band may audition for honors groups such as the Warrior Jazz Band, all Shore Band, Region II and All State Band. Participants are eligible for a school Junior Varsity and Varsity Letter and must attend a one week band camp at the high school in the summer to prepare for the fall football season.
