AP Biology Summer Assignment

Please access the PDF posted to review your summer coursework.  Note there are 3 required activities with deadlines. I am looking forward to an amazing year of AP Biology!

There is a three-part summer assignment posted to a summer Canvas page for our course.  This is where you can access the work as well as submit the parts back by the prescribed due dates. 

If you are a new addition to the class, please email me so that I am aware and can have you added to the Canvas course.

AP Comp Summer Reading Requirements

1. Required Reading:   For this course you will read The Glass Castle,  an award-winning memoir by Jeannette Walls.  Although her story is sometimes harsh, Jeannette offers important lessons from the difficult experiences of her childhood and adolescence. 
2. Required Writing:  Please click above to access the Reading Notes Format and Requirements.  Read the assignment carefully and follow the directions.

Calc BC Summer Assignment

The packet above is a review of concepts you need to know from Calculus AB (Calc 1). It is to be done NEATLY and on a SEPARATE sheet of paper. Use your discretion as to whether you should use a calculator or not. When in doubt, think about whether you would have used the GC in Calc AB – that should guide you! Points will be awarded only if the correct work is shown, and that work leads to the correct answer. Have a great summer and I am looking forward to seeing you in September.
