--- AP Environmental Science ---

  • There is a three-part summer assignment posted to a summer Canvas page for our course.  This is where you can access the work as well as submit the parts back by the prescribed due dates.

If you are a new addition to the class, please email me so that I am aware and can have you added to the Canvas course.

The summer assignment can be found here, but you'll need Canvas access to submit.  Please feel free to email at any time with questions...looking forward to our class in the Fall!

--- AP Language & Composition (AP Comp) ---

  • AP Comp Summer Reading Requirements

    1. Required Reading:   For this course you will read The Glass Castle,  an award-winning memoir by Jeannette Walls.  Although her story is sometimes harsh, Jeannette offers important lessons from the difficult experiences of her childhood and adolescence.
    2. Required Writing:  Please click above to access the Reading Notes Format and Requirements.  Read the assignment carefully and follow the directions.

Enjoy the book!  Bring your work to class on the first day of school.  Any questions?  Email jmawn@manasquan.k12.nj.us

--- AP Calculus BC ---

  • Calc BC Summer Assignment

The packet above is a review of concepts you need to know from Calculus AB (Calc 1). It is to be done NEATLY and on a SEPARATE sheet of paper. Use your discretion as to whether you should use a calculator or not. When in doubt, think about whether you would have used the GC in Calc AB – that should guide you! Points will be awarded only if the correct work is shown, and that work leads to the correct answer. Have a great summer and I am looking forward to seeing you in September.

This assignment is due the first day of class. If you have questions over the summer, you can email me at ccanonaco@manasquan.k12.nj.us. I check email about once per week in the summer and will get back to you.

LATE work will not be accepted!
