Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – Online Marketplace of Products and Services 

The Manasquan Public School District intends to participate in the Prince William County Public Schools, Virginia, Contract Number: #R-TC-17006, with Amazon Services, LLC, to provide for an online marketplace for the purchase of products and services.

The Manasquan Board of Education anticipates joining the OMNIA Partners contract on 09/17/2024. The current Prince William County Public Schools, Virginia contract for Online Marketplace for the Purchase of Products and Services, Contract Number: #R-TC-17006, term is 01/19/2017 to 01/18/2028.

It is the intent of Peter Crawley, Purchasing Agent for the Manasquan Board of Education to make a contract award to Amazon Business pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Prince William County Public Schools in response to solicitation #R-TC-17006 for the purchase of  any and all supplies necessary for various departments in an amount not to exceed $200,000 annually.

County of Bergen, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
