Welcome to the Manasquan Warrior Band

My name is Ryan Wiemken and I am the band director at MHS! I attended Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and graduated in 2012 with a BM is Music Education. I was the Assistant Band director at Verona High School from 2014-2017 before joining the MHS staff. 

Being a member of the band is a holistic musical experience that spans the whole year and includes both the Marching Band and the Concert Band. Students at MHS that wish to be a part of the band must be enrolled in the band class that meets during the school day. If you are an adjunct student and go to an outside school like MAST or Communications, being a member of the Warrior Band is still possible. Instrumental ensembles at MHS include: The Warrior Marching Band, the MHS Concert Band, Pep Band, and the Warrior Jazz Band.
