Free Sports Physicals for Upcoming Year

Manasquan School District Free Sports Physicals

Dates: June 16 & June 17, 2026
Times: 2:30-5:30 PM

The Manasquan School District is offering free sports physicals for anyone looking to try out for a sport for the 2026-2027 school year. This physical will cover athletes for all three sports seasons next year.  Physicals are open to all Manasquan High School rising Grade 12, Grade 11, and Grade 10 students, as well as all incoming Grade 9 students.  Manasquan Elementary students entering Grades 6, 7, or 8 are also eligible for a free sports physical.

A parent/guardian must attend with the student.

You may print and complete the parent/guardian and student parts of the Sports Physical Packet prior to the exam.

All students who wear corrective lenses must have their lenses with them for the examination
