IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE MANASQUAN SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE SUMMER PHYSICALS FOR SPORTS. STUDENTS NEED TO SEE THEIR PHYSICIAN. YOU MAY PICK UP A SPORTS PHYSICAL IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE OR DOWNLOAD FROM THE LINK BELOW. THE DADLINE FOR FALL SPORTS PHYSICALS FORM SUBMISSION IS AUGUST 1, 2012.
