Dear Parents, Friends and Students,

Guys and Dolls Jr. is quickly approaching and as we getcloser to the big show I just wanted to touch base about the upcomingrehearsals, costumes and ticket sales.  The students have been working very hard on what is going to be afabulous show!

Rehearsal Scheduleuntil the end of the show:

Monday April 23^rd: Rehearsal Cancelled

Wednesday April 25^th: All until 530 no exceptions…Nicely,Sarah, Sky, Nathan, Penny and Adelaide stay until 630

Thursday April 26^th: Need all Until 530 NOEXCEPTIONS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY NOTED ON CONFLICT SHEET

Monday April 30^th, Wednesday May 2^ndand Thursday May 3^rd: All needed until 530 NO ABSENSESEXCUSED!!! 

Friday May 3^rd: Costume Parade: ALL UNTIL 430 toset up for Monday’s Dress Rehearsal

Monday May 7^th: 3-630 FULL DRESS REHEARSAL: Noone may leave early under any circumstances

Wednesday May 9^th: Show for school at 1 PM then Rehearsaluntil 630 PM No leaving early no circumstances

Thursday May 10^th and 11^th: The shows:All must be present by 515 for a 7:00 PM Show! Yay!!!

Costumes:  I have put some costume ideas on my teacherhomepage as well as costume suggestions for those who are not having theircostumes rented.  Note: All boys will beprovided rented hats

Ticket Sales:

In the past two years I have done early ticket sales toensure that family and friends have the best seats in the house once the showcomes along.  This seems to work particularlywell.   Please send in a sealed envelopecash ONLY and write on the envelope the student’s full name and how many seatsyou need for each night of the show. Tickets will be 8.00 each.  I will give out tickets at the END of theMonday night dress rehearsal.  Friday May3^rd will be the last day to preorder tickets for the show.  The show almost always sells out so Icertainly recommend ordering your tickets ahead of time!
